• Share or Distribute Paid Content: You may not share your access credentials or distribute purchased digital products (such as the Guide) to third parties.
• Violate applicable laws by using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity.

Our Planner uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized travel itineraries and recommendations. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only and should not be considered as professional travel advice. The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of AI-generated itineraries depend on the underlying data sources, which may change without notice. You are solely responsible for verifying all information, including but not limited to opening hours, transportation schedules, visa requirements, and local regulations, before relying on any AI-generated content. trisAino does not guarantee that AI-generated itineraries will meet your specific needs or expectations.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by trisAino, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The trisAino name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of trisAino or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
