Who We Are

trisAino is an AI China travel planner built for international travelers. We help travelers plan China-ready itineraries, prepare the local apps and travel basics they actually need, and understand how China works before and during their trip.

China is incredible. It is also not exactly a "just wing it" destination.

A good China trip is not only about picking cities, attractions, hotels, and restaurants. It is also about knowing how local systems work: how to pay, which apps to set up, how to book high-speed trains, how attraction reservations work, how restaurants and QR code menus work, how public holidays affect crowds, and how to handle everyday situations with more confidence.

That is why trisAino focuses specifically on China travel.

Three Levels of Support

Our product includes three levels of support:

Planner

Helps international travelers create personalized China itineraries based on cities, travel dates, interests, pace, and travel style.

Guide

Helps travelers prepare for the practical side of China travel, including local apps, mobile payments, transport, attractions, restaurants, crowds, public holidays, and everyday situations. It explains the things that rarely make it into glossy travel videos, but often decide whether your trip feels smooth or chaotic.

Concierge

A paid support service for selected practical China travel requests before or during a trip. It can help with restaurant reservation attempts, urgent translation help for travel situations, and train ticket or attraction booking assistance when possible.

Concierge is available during service hours. Bookings are not guaranteed because restaurants, trains, attractions, availability, payment methods, and platform rules may be outside trisAino's control. Some ticket or booking requests may require advance payment before we proceed.

What trisAino Is Not

trisAino is not a traditional travel agency. It is not another generic travel blog telling you to "discover hidden gems" without explaining how anything works.

trisAino is an AI-powered travel product built around the specific needs of international visitors in China.

Our Mission

Our goal is simple: make China travel easier to plan, easier to understand, and easier to experience.

We built trisAino for travelers who want to explore China independently, but do not want to spend weeks stitching together advice from search results, social posts, outdated blogs, and conflicting recommendations.

trisAino helps international travelers arrive less confused, travel with more confidence, and avoid learning everything the hard way.
